Rosehips are an exceptionally rich source of vitamin C. Their fruit contains ten times more of this vitamin than blackcurrants. Raspberries are rich in sugars (sucrose, glucose), essential oil, pectin, and cyanidin derivatives. They also contain numerous vitamins (including C, E, B1, B2, and B6) and minerals (potassium, iron, magnesium, and calcium).
The tea is recommended for both children and adults.
Brewing method:
Pour boiling water over one tea bag. Steep for about 3-5 minutes.
