Use

The dietary supplement is drunk or added to a drink or food in the amount of 1 teaspoon (approx. 4 ml = 80 μg of iodine, which represents approximately 53% of the RDA of iodine set by the Slovak legal norm). People exposed to daily stress or physical exertion, people with weakened immunity and athletes are recommended to take 2 teaspoons per day. Overdose cannot occur by taking JK, as the body will eliminate excess iodine. After opening, keep refrigerated.
