Interdental brushes for cleaning the interdental spaces

The correct size of the brush should be consulted with a dentist (dentist).
Mode of use
The thread of the gripper neck bends to about 30° for easier cleaning of the back teeth. The tip of the outer part of the brush is placed on the edge of the space between the teeth and the gum. It is inserted with a light movement into the interdental space until the tongue touches the inside. Then, with a light pull, remove the interdental brush and continue cleaning other interdental spaces. After use, rinse the interdental brush thoroughly under running water and rinse the mouth thoroughly with mouthwash or clean water. In case of regular use, it is recommended to replace the interdental brush (depending on the condition of the bristles).
Attention: During the practice of using interdental brushes, the gums may bleed at first. With daily use of interdental brushes, the bleeding usually stops in a short time. If this does not happen, see your dentist.
