MARESYL SINUS is a nasal spray used locally as a decongestant in the case of:
- acute and subacute rhinitis, with excessive and mucopurulent secretions;
- chronic and mucocrustous rhinitis;
- vasomotor rhinitis;
- sinusitis.
If after a week of treatment you do not feel better or you feel worse, you should consult a doctor.

Do not use MARESYL SINUS:
- if you are allergic to acetylcysteine, tuaminoheptane sulfate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Maresyl sinus is used for nasal administration using a sprayer.

The recommended doses are: Adults: 2 sprays/nostril, 3-4 times/day Children over 6 years: 1 spray/nostril, 3-4 times/day Do not exceed the recommended dose.
After opening, the medicine can be used for a period not exceeding 20 days.

Instructions for opening the bottle and using the sprayer:

1. Remove the bottle cap.
2. Take the sprayer and remove the protective device.
3. Insert the sprayer into the bottle.
4. Remove the sprayer cap.
5. Press the sprayer a few times to activate it before use.

- The active substances are acetylcysteine ​​10 mg and tuaminoheptane sulfate 5 mg
- The other ingredients are: benzalkonium chloride, hypromellose, disodium edetate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, dithiothreitol, sorbitol liquid 70% (E 420), mint flavor (contains d-limonene), ethanol 96%, sodium hydroxide, purified water.
