Hypertonic seawater solution (2.3% NaCl), rich in beneficial ingredients from the sea (mineral salts and trace elements).

Actions:

Relieves nasal congestion by reducing edema of the nasal mucosa (via osmosis).
It fluidifies mucous secretions.
Helps restore the natural function of the nasal mucosa.
Cleans nasal cavities of accumulated mucus, crusts, dust, debris,
pollutants, allergens and infectious agents.
Moisturizes the nasal mucosa and relieves nasal dryness.

Useful
For all cases of nasal and sinus congestion, e.g. rhinitis (infectious or allergic), sinusitis, common cold and flu.
In cases where decongestant medications are contraindicated (e.g., pregnancy, breastfeeding, thyroid disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes).
To improve the effectiveness of decongestant medications and to reduce their use.
In the prophylaxis of secondary ENT infections and their complications, such as otitis.
To promote recovery after endonasal surgery.

COMPOSITION

Hypertonic seawater solution (2.3% NaCl), rich in beneficial ingredients from the sea (mineral salts and trace elements).

Contains 70% seawater and 30% purified water, equivalent to 23 g/L of NaCl (2.3%). No preservatives. No medications. No chemical additives. 100% natural.

STORAGE AND EXPIRATION

Store below 25°C. Pressurized container. Protect from sunlight and heat sources. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not pierce or incinerate the container, even when empty.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Directions for use: 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by a physician.
Adults and children

Hold the sprayer upright and press a few times to activate the spray.
Blow your nose to remove all mucus before using Sinomarin®.
Remove the protective cap.
Gently bend your neck forward over a sink and tilt your head to the right.
Gently insert the applicator into the left nostril parallel to the nose and press firmly.
Turn your head to the opposite side, and repeat the application in the other nostril.
Remove the applicator from your nostril, return to an upright position while allowing the solution to work for a few seconds, then blow your nose.
Repeat the procedure if necessary.
Wash the applicator with warm water and dry it after each use.
Babies and children who require assistance
Hold the sprayer upright and spray a few times to activate the spray.
Clean the child's nose before using Sinomarin®.
Remove the protective cap.
Place the baby on his or her back, turning his or her head to the right.
Gently insert the applicator into the left nostril parallel to the nose and press firmly.
Turn your head to the opposite side, and repeat the application in the other nostril.
Remove the applicator from the baby's nostril, place the baby in the starting position while allowing the solution to work for a few seconds, and then clear the nose or use a suction device to remove mucus.
Repeat the procedure if necessary.
Wash the applicator with warm water and dry it after each use.

Sinomarin® Adults and Sinomarin® ENT 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by your doctor.
Sinomarin® Children: 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day, or as directed by a physician.

Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS

Never rinse your nasal passages with your head tilted back to prevent the liquid from running down your throat.

For nasal use only. Do not use the same nasal applicator for more than one person. Do not use the package after the expiration date.
