Tantum Verde with mint flavor contains benzidamine hydrochloride and can be administered as an analgesic - anti-inflammatory treatment in diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx in adults, adolescents and children over 6 years of age.

If after 3 days you do not feel better or if you feel worse, you should see a doctor.

Composition:

• The active substance is benzidamine hydrochloride
• One tablet contains 3 mg of benzidamine hydrochloride.

How to use:

• Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure
• The usual recommended dose is one Tantum Verde pill 3 times a day
• To obtain the maximum effect, it is recommended to let the pill dissolve in the mouth.

Use in children and adolescents

• Due to the danger of suffocation (by the pill slipping into the airways), the administration of the pills to children between 6-12 years old is only done under the supervision of an adult
• The tablets are not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

Duration of treatment:

• The duration of treatment should not exceed 7 days
• If after taking Tantum Verde the symptoms do not improve or worsen, you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
