Properties:
- designed to improve and provide nutritional support for liver function and in cases of chronic liver failure;
- SAMe (S-ADENOSYL L-METHOINE) acts as a thiol precursor molecule and increases glutathione concentration, which is crucial in glutathione-peroxidase activity and critical in defense against ROS;
- SILIPHOS (SILIBINA + PHOSPHATIDILKOLINA COMPLEX) is a source of silybin, very active and with high bioavailability for an antihepatotoxic and inhibitory effect on free radicals, helping to eliminate harmful agents from the cellular level, improving the level of liver enzymes;
- zinc has an extensive hepatoprotective function;
- selenium is an essential element and a cofactor for glutathione peroxidase, an enzyme necessary to reduce the harmful effects caused by oxygen free radicals;
- vitamin E plays a vital role in protecting against ROS, it is the most important fat-soluble vitamin in the protective complex, together with glutathione and vitamin C;
- Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that acts mainly as an antioxidant, inactivating ROS.
Recommended doses:
- animals up to 5 kg: 1 tablet/day;
- animals between 5 and 10 kg: 2/day;
- animals between 10 and 20 kg: 1/day;
- animals between 20 and 30 kg: 1.5 - 2/day;
- animals between 30 and 40 kg: 2.5/day;
- animals over 40 kg: 4/day.
