• Paracetamol 1000 mg – a drug with anti-pain and anti-fever effect, which eliminates sore throat, headache, muscle and joint pain and reduces fever.
• Phenylephrine 10 mg – a decongestant (medicine that reduces the swelling of the nasal mucosa), which relieves blocked nose and secondary nasal cavities and thus helps to facilitate breathing.
• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 40mg - A common ingredient in cold and flu medicines, it is included in the medicine to help replace vitamin C, which can be deficient in the early stages of flu and colds.

How to use Coldrex MaxGrip Lemon

1 bag after 4-6 hours. Do not take individual doses earlier than 4 hours apart. The maximum single dose is 1 bag, the maximum daily dose is 4 bags . Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Empty the bag into a glass or mug and pour hot water over it. Mix until the powder dissolves. If necessary, add cold water, sweeten with honey or sugar to taste and drink.
