Indications:
Mild hypomagnesemia states (states of physical fatigue, increased neuromuscular irritability, muscle spasms).
As an adjuvant medication in coronary artery disease and arrhythmias.
For the prevention of electrolyte imbalances when using thiazide diuretics or furosemide.

Composition:
Each capsule contains potassium aspartate hemihydrate 167 mg (equivalent to 36.2 mg K+), magnesium aspartate tetrahydrate 175 mg (equivalent to 11.8 mg Mg2+).

Method of administration:
This medicine is intended for adults.
Adults:
The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules three times a day. The dose can be increased to 3 capsules three times a day.
Gastric acidity may affect the effectiveness of the treatment, therefore it is recommended to take the capsules after meals.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to potassium aspartate hemihydrate, magnesium aspartate tetrahydrate or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1.
Hypermagnesemia and hyperkalemia states. Acute and chronic renal failure.
Addison's disease.
Third degree AV block
Cardiogenic shock (HTN < 90 mmHg)

Warnings:
In patients in whom the underlying disease and/or concomitant treatment may cause hyperkalemia, regular monitoring of the blood ionogram is necessary.
In the case of calcium deficiency, it is recommended as the first measure, in most cases, to correct the magnesium deficiency before starting calcium administration.
In case of urinary tract infections with increased urinary phosphate excretion, magnesium administration is not recommended, as there is a risk of precipitation of ammonium-magnesium phosphates. In such cases, it is necessary to resolve the urinary tract infection before initiating any magnesium therapy.
In patients with renal insufficiency, monitoring of potassium and magnesium levels is recommended.

Task:
Animal studies have not shown teratogenic effects.
Since there are no controlled studies in pregnant women, it is recommended to avoid taking the drug during pregnancy.
Due to the effect of magnesium on relaxing the uterine muscles, Aspavim is contraindicated during childbirth. Breastfeeding
Since magnesium is excreted in milk, it is recommended to avoid administration during breastfeeding.

Driving:
Aspavim does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.
