Creatine is one of the most popular nutritional supplements and is synthesized in the body by the liver, kidneys and pancreas from 3 amino acids: arginine, methionine and glycine.

Way of ussage:
Take 3 capsules a day - 2 capsules 60 minutes before training and 1 capsule immediately after training, with enough fluids (1 g of creatine / 100 ml fluids).
It is recommended to avoid acidic drinks and those containing caffeine, instead it is recommended to combine creatine with supplements containing simple carbohydrates, with a high glycemic index. After 8 weeks of regular creatine consumption, a break of several weeks is recommended.
