Properties:
Broad-spectrum antibacterial (on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria), antiviral, antifungal, anthelmintic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, carminative, general stimulant, anti-neuralgic, local anesthetic, anticoagulant.

Ingredients:
Essential oil obtained from the flower buds of the species Eugenia caryophyllus, fam. Myrtaceae, containing eugenol 70-90%, caryophyllene, eugenyl acetate.

Effect:
Broad-spectrum antibacterial (on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria), antiviral, antifungal, anthelmintic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, carminative, general stimulant, anti-neuralgic, local anesthetic, anticoagulant.

Administration method:
Internal use: the recommended doses (according to the table) are mixed with a teaspoon of honey. In the case of diabetics, the administration is done on a piece of bread.
The oil is administered for 7-14 days. The treatment can be repeated after a break of 2 weeks.
External use:
Inhalations, aromatherapy candle, massage, bath, compresses, otic solution.

Contraindications:
Not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers, children under 2 years of age and in case of hypersensitivity to cloves.
Clove essential oil is always used diluted!
Avoid overdose, abuse and contact with eyes.

Evaluation of efficiency:
The antimicrobial effect of clove essential oil has been tested by medical laboratory tests.
Aromatograms (similar to antibiograms) were performed on pharyngeal exudates and urine cultures.
Clove essential oil was found to be effective on the tested germs (Staphylococcus aureus, E. Coli, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Proteus, Beta-haemolytic Streptococcus).
The effect proved similar to that of antibiotics (tested in parallel on antibiograms).
