Composition:Sesame flour, obtained by slowly grinding sesame seeds on a traditional mill with stones. Through slow grinding, the nutritional value of the flour obtained is superior to that of industrially ground flour. It is worth noting the high content of calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, selenium, iron, vitamins B1, D, E, proteins, lecithin (valuable for the nervous system).
