Description:

Infasource is a ready-to-use liquid formula, developed to meet the nutritional needs of infants and young children who require increased nutritional intake. With an energy density of 100 kcal/100 ml, the product contributes to supporting growth and development when regular nutrition is not sufficient.

The formula contains enzymatically hydrolyzed whey proteins, carbohydrates, fats, essential vitamins and minerals, as well as long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids DHA and ARA. The product is UHT sterilized and can be administered orally or by tube, according to the recommendations of the specialist.

Consumption method:

For oral feeding:

• Open the lid and remove the protective foil.
• Attach a sterile nipple.

If the product is transferred into a bottle:

• Wash the bottle, cap, and nipple thoroughly.
• Boil them for 5 minutes and keep them covered until use.
• Pour the required amount into the sterilized and cooled bottle.
• Attach the sterilized teat.
• Check the temperature of the product before administration.
• If necessary, heat the container to approximately 40°C using the bain-marie method, taking care that the teat does not come into contact with the water.

Administration should be carried out according to the recommendations of the doctor or nutrition specialist.

Precautions and contraindications:

• To be used under medical supervision.
• It is not recommended for infants with an allergy to cow's milk proteins.
• It is not administered parenterally.
• Store in a cool, dry place, at temperatures between 4°C and 25°C.
• Keep out of direct sunlight.
• Avoid extreme storage temperatures.
• After opening, the product must be consumed within 1 hour.
