Star anise, 20 g, Herbal Sana

The fruit of an evergreen tree that can grow up to 8 meters tall and live for 100 years, this anise has a star shape, with asymmetrical rays, inside the star are the seeds. Although it does not resemble or is not the same as anise, star anise bears the same name because they have similar smells.

Features:

• Star anise, however, has a stronger, sharp and deep flavor, is sweet to the taste and pleasant, slightly spicy;
• It is not used in large quantities. It feels good in the presence of other strong spices such as ginger, cinnamon or cloves.;
